Does CW have commercial cannabis experience?Commercial cannabis experience in a 60,000 sq ft indoor multi-room facility. As part of the grow team I performed normal tasks of defoliation, pruning, training, and harvesting. Additionally I was tasked with coordinating and communicating with the watering teams for the various cells. My final position was manager of the nutrient room, where I custom mixed nutrients for each of the 22 grow cells. Each cell held approximately 600 plants, precision was crucial.

Does CW have a horticultural background?Formal training through a 2-year Sustainable Agriculture and Small Farm Systems program at Skagit Valley College. Emphasis on row crops, orchards, and greenhouse production, all with an organic preference in practices.
